Age Requirement
By placing an order on this site, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age. Orders placed by individuals under 21 will be cancelled and refunded.
Shipping Methods and Restrictions
- All orders are shipped via USPS.
- We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes. A valid physical street address is required at checkout.
- Shipping options and rates are displayed at checkout based on your address and chosen service level.
Order Processing Times
- Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
- Processing times may be extended during periods of high order volume, carrier delays, or circumstances beyond our control.
Warm-Weather / Summer Shipping
Our gummies are sensitive to heat and can melt in high temperatures.
- During summer months or when shipping to regions experiencing high temperatures, customers must select an overnight, guaranteed shipping option at checkout.
- Failure to select overnight shipping in these conditions may increase the risk of melting in transit.
- Orders that melt due to high temperatures where overnight shipping was not selected will not be eligible for replacement under this policy.
Returns, Refunds, and Satisfaction Guarantee
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final and products cannot be physically returned once they have left our facility.
However, we offer a one-time, 30-day satisfaction guarantee per customer:
- If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a refund within 30 days of the delivery date.
- This satisfaction guarantee may be used once per customer and applies only to orders placed directly through our website.
- Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment after your request is reviewed and approved.
We reserve the right to deny a refund if we suspect abuse of the satisfaction guarantee or fraudulent activity.
